Serving Size: Each slow full press of the pump provides approximately 20 mg of Micronized Natural Bio-identical Progesterone USP.
Suggested Use: Apply cream to clean dry skin (back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck, etc.) Rotate areas daily. Repeat monthly or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Post-Menopausal Skin: Apply cream for 21 consecutive days of the month. Add moredays and/or cream as needed. Resume after a 5-7 day break.
Premenopausal Skin: Starting with the twelfth day after the menstrual flow begins, apply cream for 14 consecutive days. Use more cream if needed.
Men: Apply 1/2 pump daily.
